CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

Every order enters production as soon as it is received. All pieces are made specifically for the customer, according to personalised sizing and design, and are not held in stock. Accordingly, and in line with Section 14C(d) of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741–1981, ordered items cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.

If a piece arrives defective or does not match your order, please contact us as soon as possible with supporting details. In such cases we will resolve the matter in full accordance with the law, at no cost to you.
