Registration Services

Opening a customer account allowed only those qualified to perform binding legal actions. By creating an account, you declare that you have legal capacity, that you have a credit card that can be used to make payments in Israel, that you have an active email address on the Internet and that nothing prevents you from placing orders and purchases on the website.

Returns and Exchanges

It's very important to us that you're happy with the jewelry you buy from us, but if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you can change an item or return it and receive store or Website credit.
Exchanges and returns need to be made within seven business days from the purchase date for purchase made in Israel and 14 days for purchase made overseas. You must return it in its original package, and it must be unused, flawless, with the original receipt.
Cancelation is possible up to two business days from the purchase date.
A refund will be issued only on items under 3000 ILS (850$), by law.
The refund will be issued minus shipping charges, fees, handling fees, and customs only after we have received the jewelry back in perfect condition.

SHIPPING

We are glad to offer free worldwide shipping right to your door. Shipping takes 4-7 business days, Custom Made and/or non-standard size items will take longer. We will contact you to advise regarding the accurate time to delivery.
Every shipment is insured and delivered right to your doorstep. We require a phone number to complete the shipping process. Please be sure to provide us with the most specific address possible to optimize shipping.
All our packages are sent from Israel. Tax or VAT charges must be paid by you when needed, and WS JEWELRY will take no responsibility for them.
Orders can be picked up at the Diamond Exchange by appointment.
All WS JEWELRY is packed in a beautiful jewelry box, perfect for safekeeping and gifting. We will be happy to add a greeting card on your behalf.

WARRANTY AND CERTIFICATE

WS JEWELRY stands behind the absolute quality of its designs.
Every item is checked by our most professional goldsmiths and will not leave our studio before we are 100% sure it is perfect and good to go. All of our jewelry is manufactured using the highest quality materials.
With your purchase, you will receive a lifetime warranty. The warranty does not apply fractures or scratched jewelry, lost diamonds, scratched pearls and does not cover damage due to abuse, misuse, loss, or theft.
The warranty for broken necklaces and bracelets is valid for one year. It will cover repairs of a torn chain unless special welding is required. After one year, any repairs will be charged an extra fee according to the work needed.
With your purchase, you will receive a quality certificate; This will include All the information you need about the jewelry, including the gold purity and weight, diamond carats and quality, and other criteria regarding the jewel appraisal.
A gemological quality certificate will be issued when you purchase a design set with a diamond larger than 0.50 carats.
This certificate will include All the information you need about the diamond you chose, including carats weight, color, clarity, cut, Etc.

JEWELRY CARE

Jewelry passes on from generation to generation, reminding us of exciting moments and carry a sentimental value. Like every product and material, maintenance is required due to the natural wear and tear over time. Here are some essential points about the nature of the materials, so you can maintain and have the longevity pleasure of wearing your beautiful jewelry.
Over time, dust, soap, lotion, etc., accumulative daily wear & tear factors affecting the brilliance of gold and stones. Gold can be scratched, worn and abraded and even change color. This natural raw material breathes and is not static and therefore react in combination with other substances. Stone settings made of gold also wear out. Hits, pressure on the stone, etc., can move the stones and / or break a prong and even cause a stone's loss.
Jewels that are made with a flexible movement, friction is created between the links, thus creating wear and tear; with flexibility, there is a likelihood that gold will stretch (e.g., tennis bracelets / flexible rings).
Clasps of Necklaces, bracelets, and earrings backs (like Alfa) are patents with a spring mechanism. The spring mechanism, like in any other product, has reasonable wear out.
We offer to bring your jewelry purchased at WS JEWELRY once a year for renewal and examination. When renewing, we clean and polish the jewelry, and after our professional jewelers will examine the piece to make sure all the stone settings are stable. In this way, if any repair is needed, we can alert you ahead.
Gemstones vary in levels of toughness and durability. Most gemstones are set in a way that the stone is maximumly exposed, so it's essential to be aware of hitting the stone or piece on hard objects, doorposts, etc. These can abrade and chip the stone or the gold prong holding the stone. Even though diamond is considered the most durable precious stone, it may be damaged if hit at a certain angle or with enough force. Some gemstones are more delicate such as emeralds, amethyst, tanzanite, opal, tourmaline, pearl, etc.
How to take care of your jewelry
After wearing your jewelry, put it back in a storage box or pouch, without contact with other stones or other objects, and in a dry place.
Avoid any contact of your jewelry with chemicals, e.g., bleach, chlorine, or other detergents that can damage the gold, platinum, or silver.
Avoid exposure to extreme changes in temperature.
