Orders can be picked up at the Diamond Exchange by appointment. All WS JEWELRY is packed in a beautiful jewelry box, perfect for safekeeping and gifting.

Lifetime warranty excluding fractures or scratched jewelry, lost diamonds, scratched pearls, and does not cover damage due to abuse, misuse, loss, or theft.

The warranty for broken necklaces and bracelets is valid for one year. An appraisal certificate regarding the jewel will be issued with any purchase.

A gemological quality certificate will be issued when purchasing a jewel set with a diamond larger than 0.50 carat.

Exchanges and returns need to be made within 14 days for purchase made overseas and seven business days from the purchase date for purchase made in Israel. The item must be in its original package, unused and flawless.

Cancelation is possible up to two business days from the purchase date. A refund will be issued on items under 850$ (3000 ILS), by law, minus shipping charges, fees, handling fees, and customs, only after we have received the jewelry back in perfect condition.
