We offer a lifetime warranty for all our jewelry, except for fractures and scratches, lost diamonds, and scratched pearls.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, loss, or theft. However, we provide a one-year warranty for broken necklaces and bracelets.

Additionally, we issue an appraisal certificate with every purchase and a gemological quality certificate for any diamond larger than 0.50 carats set in a jewel.
Please note that exchanges and returns for purchases made overseas need to be made within 14 days of the purchase date. For purchases made in Israel, you have seven business days to make an exchange or return. The item being returned must be in its original package, unused, and in flawless condition. If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so up to two business days from the purchase date. Please keep in mind that refunds will only be issued for items under 850$ (3000 ILS) after we have received the jewelry back in perfect condition. By law, the refund will be minus shipping charges, fees, handling fees, and customs.
