We provide a lifetime guarantee for our jewelry, but it does not cover damage caused by fractures or scratches, lost diamonds, scratched pearls, and gemstones. The warranty does not apply to damages caused by abuse, misuse, loss, or theft. However, if a necklace or bracelet breaks within one year of purchase, we offer a warranty. We give an appraisal certificate with every purchase, and we provide a gemological quality certificate for any jewelry that has a diamond larger than 0.50 carat.

Please note that exchanges and returns must be made within 14 days for purchases made overseas and within seven business days from the purchase date for purchases made in Israel. It is important to ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging, unused, and flawless. Additionally, if you wish to cancel your order, you may do so up to two business days from the date of purchase.

Please be aware that refunds will only be issued on items under 850$ (3000 ILS), minus any shipping charges, fees, handling fees, and customs. However, we will only issue the refund once we have received the jewelry back in perfect condition.
